Surgoinsville Area Archives & Museum

The vision of the Surgoinsville Area Archives and Museum is to serve our community and membership by preserving and exhibiting rare, interesting or typical specimens of works, antiquities, curiosities or objects of natural history relative to Surgoinsville and the surrounding area, upper East Tennessee and Tennessee in particular.. 

Located at 120 Old Stage Road, Suite B, Surgoinsville, TN 37873, our museum is a reflection of our local Surgoinsville community and at large our beautiful Hawkins County area and surrounding communities.

All items collected and sold by the Surgoinsville Museum at The River View Emporium benefit our museum and assist us in bringing new and exciting exhibits for the community to enjoy and learn from.

All donations gladly accepted.  Donations are deductible to the extent allowed by law.  SAAM is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
